Many of my clients choose Hypnotherapy which is an evidence-based complementary and integrative health (CIH) approach. Hypnotherapy is the process by which you enter into a trance state and recall material from deep inside that is normally not available to the conscious mind. The trance state is utilized to encourage helpful cognitive, emotional and/or physical healing responses. A trance is a natural biological state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention. I find Hypnotherapy particularly helpful in accessing the subconscious part of the mind to focus on resolving significant past events and issues that interfere with a person's present mental and emotional wellness. I've seen rapid clearing of  repressed emotions and blocks held at the subconscious level. I use Hypnotherapy as a tool to assist in retrieving and healing traumatic memories from the past.

Healing is a process that typically happens in layers. It requires courage, forgiveness, letting go, understanding, perseverance, trust and patience.  The results are well worth the effort as you shift into living a fulfilling life.
