My approach is results-oriented, open minded, creative and holistic. I believe that every individual has the potential for wholeness and would like to be a part of your healing process.

I specialize in working with adults dealing with unresolved trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, moderate anxiety and depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, phobias, narcissistic abuse, relationship issues, codependency, people pleasing, perfectionism, stress management and low self-esteem. I also work with empaths and highly sensitve people.

I will help you find the path to a well-deserved meaningful and fulfilling life.  I believe in the ability to achieve positive life changes.  I will listen to your needs and provide supportive guidance as you move toward healing.

I offer Hypnotherapy which is an evidence-based complementary and integrative health (CIH) approach. Hypnotherapy is the process by which you enter into a trance state and recall material from deep inside that is normally not available to the conscious mind. The trance state is utilized to encourage helpful cognitive, emotional and/or physical healing responses. A trance is a natural biological state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention. I find Hypnotherapy particularly helpful in accessing the subconscious part of the mind to focus on resolving significant past events and issues that interfere with a person's present mental and emotional wellness. I've seen rapid clearing of  repressed emotions and blocks held at the subconscious level. I use Hypnotherapy as a tool to assist in retrieving and healing traumatic memories from the past.

Healing is a process that typically happens in layers. It requires courage, forgiveness, letting go, understanding, perseverance, trust and patience.  The results are well worth the effort as you shift into living a fulfilling life.
