Jennifer Bosman has over 13 years of experience practicing in the mental health field. She has worked in California, Colorado and New York. She is currently licensed as a Professional Counselor and School Psychologist in Colorado. She received a Master’s of Science in Education in School Psychology from Long Island University in New York in 2010. She further pursued additional education at Regis University Post Graduate Studies in their Mental Health Counseling program. Jennifer also embarked on additional courses at Meridian University Doctoral program in Counseling Psychology. Prior to earning her Master’s Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services Management.

Her approach as a therapist is eclectic in that she utilizes many different schools of thought to help heal the mind, body and spirit. She has a certificate in Somatic therapy and she is EMDR Trained. It is her belief that the therapist must adapt to the client’s individual needs. She strives to provide clients a safe environment that is empathic, nonjudgmental and secure.

 

She also enjoys supervising interns using a Humanistic- existential style which focuses on the trainee's personal growth and development. 

 

In her free time she spends time with her husband, stepdaughter and son. She loves the outdoors including hiking, camping and snowboarding. She also has a passion for dancing jazz, tap and belly dancing. She loves traveling the world and has backpaced all over Europe.
